so far so good. but no lift if we carry big luggage, we need to go 3rd floor upstair is a problem and if for the old people and those walking not convenient, is a problem to go up stair. and the no air con for walking to from the stair case up to each floor and to the room. Very warm and if weather is hot, the stair case area is hot. need to improve & must have lift.

No lift
Not very satisfied. There's no lift so I have to carry my luggage 3 floors up. The AC does not work well and it is hot in the room. Took hours to cool the room.
There's also no toothbrush in the hotel. And there's one day where the hotel didn't clean my room.
But the reception is friendly and there's a 24 hours convenience store nearby, so that's a plus.

Nice stay
Stayed here 2 nights in order to do activities in the surrounding area. Great location with shops and food a short walk away and not too from orangutans and airport. Breakfast was lovely and staff we're extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Average hotel far from centre Sandakan
Staying only one night was ok, rooms were quite small especially with extra bed. Far from centre where restaurants are. Staff is friendly but not trained well enough. Bar provides only beer, liquor bottles on display are 'just for decoration'!!

Decent place bad location.
The hotel is far from water front, Agnes Kieth House, and mall. The area the hotel is located in is set up like a grid of strip malls. The area is very primitive and maze like. The hotel itself is an oasis in the surrounding area. The hotel seems secure. Has room safe and sturdy windows. Comfortable, small, clean, modern rooms. Basic necessities nothing fancy.

Sandakan trip
Room and hotel was ok but it's little old with no lift or escalator. Breakfast with very minimal choice of food and surrounding a little dark
