I have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and comfy, locality of this hotel is great. Reception staff Supreme, Tin Tin and Wit have given excellent customer service during my stay here, they were always very warm and helpful with all of our needs during my stay here. The service was absolutely impeccable. I had hurt my foot pretty badly the night before my trip I was able to get ice to ice. It was able to get a wheelchair. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel is in a very accessible part of Bangkok central to everything. It sits above a mall and it has its own food court. We did get head neck and shoulder massages at the spa, which was fantastic
