As a newly wed, as a last minute reservation to be paid in cash, was awesome. Really clean, quite, and friendly staff! It was a great weekend, we were enchanted.

Nice new construction and the front desk staff was lovely! Only real complaint is that the walls are extremely thin, and I could hear almost everything my neighbors were doing/saying. Maybe adding some large art pieces with acoustic foam around the room could make this a perfect spot!

I stayed 2 nights in March 2025. I had to pay $100 for security fees and I haven’t got any refund. Air conditioner is broke down and not working properly. Cleanliness is good but environment is bad. I give 2 stars due to non refundable security charge.

Good hotel - amazing price
Newly opened - and rooms generally in good condition, although the cupboards were a little battered and tired - marker pen marks over the furniture. Room small but clean and comfortable. Area a bit sketchy, and not much in terms of coffee shops etc anywhere near by. The hotel also doesn’t offer coffee to buy OR breakfast (or food for that matter) apart from weak drip coffee and pastries until 10am, that are not the freshest. Do not select breakfast as the pastries are free anyway - as I said no other breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and helpful, and in general the hotel is good. I would definitely stay again, as the price is extremely good for a hotel in NYC - and is convenient to get into mid town, just bare in mind the lack of amenities, and that there is no food available in the hotel.
