Fantastic high end managed apartments in the most happening area of Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool is incredible, staff wonderful and very accommodating, available to answer questions over WhatsApp all the time. Very comfortable bed, incredible views from the terrace and fast WiFi. I loved it so much that I ended up changing plans and extending the stay by a couple of extra days. Thanks so much!

Absolutely perfect vacation. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very safe, appreciated the extra steps to keep access to our floors/rooms limited. Check-in/checkout was easy. Very nice place to stay, beautiful rooftop and pool. The room is very spacious. Service is good as well. Overall it’s a great experience. To be noted, it’s an apartment style hotel and there is construction ongoing in the area but master bedroom is pretty quiet. The bed sheet can be cleaner since I saw a stain there.

My friends and I had an excellent stay during our quick weekend trip. We arranged for an airport pickup and they provided water and beer for our ride. (Tip: the driver is all the way outside the airport—do not fall for the transportation options just past customs!) Our room was beautiful and stocked with plenty of bottled and sparkling water for our stay. The pool is STUNNING and warm! We were allowed to have two additional friends visit and we all enjoyed the food, cocktails and excellent service. I’ll absolutely stay at Maxwell again. Thank you so much to our concierges, Damaris and Carlos!
