Very nice, but beds need more comfort
The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. I just wish that the bed had been more comfy. It was very difficult to fall asleep and I woke up several times with horrible pains in my back, hips and legs. With the amount charged it should be a completely comfortable experience when trying to fall asleep away from home.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is in an excellent location, very quiet. Had a room on the ground floor and although we did not have views of the Seine, we had a very nice courtyard view. My elderly parents slept in the bed and I used the pull out which was pretty good- the couch was made of two separated twin beds that pulled out. Kitchenette was useful, & they were generous with towels. No housekeeping during our stay unless requested & fixtures could use some love, but overall I would stay there again.

Perfect stay!!
The location was really nice. Almost every landmarks were in walking distance and we could enjoy walks at night. The staff were nice and very helpful as well! Th only thing to complain about is the coffee. I get what they are trying to do good for the enviroment but it was quite inconvenient to always go to the ground floor with my mug cups to get coffee. But overall our stay at this hotel was satisfying

Excellent location, quiet, and great kitchenette
Location fantastic - very central. Wonderful to have a kitchenette, and to have a door between the bedroom and kitchenette, and between the bedroom and the bathroom. My room (at the back, facing onto the rear of other buildings) was very quiet. The concierge (Mr Tring? forgive me if I've got the name wrong) was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The only downsides were that the room was very hot and the aircon wasn't working; the instructions, eg for the safe, were impenetrable; there was no hard copy instruction manual for anything in my room - it wasn't even clear what phone number to call for reception; and my room wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't made throughout my 3-night stay.

Good value at great location
We stayed on the top floor. The right side of the bedroom had a slanted ceiling, which made it tricky to get in and out of the bed. Also, the toilet-room was tiny, had to maneuver delicately to get in and close the door. Pretty decent breakfast.
