Feel of a much smaller friendly hotel.
For a large hotel it manages to create a smaller intimate hotel atmosphere by clevel dividing off of space in the dining and bar areas. Really nice friendly staff every time we visit. Every sign of good managment and content staff

I stayed here because I had an early flight out of Dublin airport the next morning. On first glance, it was fine - nothing fancy but had the basics for a good night's sleep. However, once I settled in, I noticed the towels were dirty and overall the place didn't look extremely clean. Additionally, the hotel was self check-in and checkout which I can see the benefits of if you're rushing to leave to catch a flight - however, I had questions about the shuttle service and would rather have spoken to someone during check-in. I'll choose a different hotel the next time I'm flying out of Dublin on an early flight.
