There is NO details about the free shuttle from airport to hotel, no explanation on their website The driver yesterday coming from airport was very bad, I almost fell when he hit the boulder/entrance hotel parking, that was around 6:00pm, check cameras to see how hard the driver hit one of the corner. As I said I almost fell, if I was a senior person I would have get injured, ppl screamed… driver didn’t even apologized Rooms are super dated, no air conditioning, hot water takes FOREVER and didn’t come as hot as I wanted, The only thing I liked about this hotel was as the easy check in on line

Poor room service and cleaning
Regular user of Clayton Hotels. Good value and conveniently placed for work and social in Dublin. However this one's room service was appalling. A chicken burger that a dog would reject. Terribly salty and obviously been sat under a heat lamp and gone rubbery. Refund was given. Room cleaning is based on you putting the door tag out, or they just forgot...not sure. Disappointing...
