Great location but the hotel was empty and not clean. We had three rooms, one of the rooms had chips under the bed, the other room seemed like it was being renovated it had touch up paint covering the mold and the toilet bowls and showers were awful in all three rooms

Wonderful, charming stay
Very charming hotel! I loved the old, antique feel, upgraded with some modern touches. The overall historical feel was preserved, and the nice modern touches in the bathroom blended in, without taking away from the old charm. Service was also excellent - all of the women at the reception desk were super nice and friendly.

Servicio de recepción pésimo, nada empatica la chica. No colocan toallas de mano, y como llovió mucho todo el lobby estuvo inundando, ya que el vitral está rotó. Estacionamiento lleno, el señor del estacionamiento muy amable. La suite tiene una cama en parte baja y otra en un tapango o escalera, el baño sólo se encuentra en la parte alta de la habitación.

Aún cuando sabían que eramos 3 solo nos dieron 2 toallas y 2 aguas, y no había teléfono para llamar a recepción. Una de las recepcionistas nada amable. Desocupamos a la 1 pues tuvimos un contratiempo y en lugar de preguntar nos regaña. Las toallas unas viejas y la otra como lija.
