Perfect hotel for solo travel!
First, I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to the airport so getting there wasn’t difficult. The staff was friendly and extremely courteous. The hotels was clean and quiet. It is located close to many eateries and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Uma grata surpresa. Chegamos e o hotel tinha uma baita estrutura em seus apartamentos. Cozinha quase que completa esuper equipada, nos ajudando nas refeicoes de passeios e jantares (para quem quer economizar, foi otimo) O quarto como um todo,alem da cozinha, tinha uma otima sala e uma suite bem vasta! Cama e sofa bem confortaveis. Banheiro com duas pias. Em ponto negatico, três menções: i) nao tinha cobertor (mas tbm nao pedimos); ii) ar condicionado fazia muito barulho; e iii) nao tinha porta a privada (nao tendo tanta privacidade ao usar o banheiro). Sem sombra de duvidas, o item 3 foi o que mais no incomodou Em limpeza, achamos otimo o hotel como um todo, mas, ao longo dos nossos 4 dias, vimos duas baratas grandes. Staff muito bacana! Gostaria de parabenizar o Jarrod! Super prestativo,proativo, eficiente, alem do zelo com os hospedes. Parece que ele era onipresente e estava trabalhando 24hrs por dia! Rapaz incrivel! Localizacao e comodidades muito boas! Esta ao lado do fervo de Palm Beach e oferece cadeiras na praia,o que facilita muito aos hospedes. Precisa muitos ajustes da nova gestão
Hotel passou por uma reforma e está sob nova bandeira. A localização é otima em Palm Beach, pode se chegar na praia em uma curta caminhada. Fica em uma zona de ótimos restaurantes, mas sem ruido. Pontos negativos: Utilizamos a piscina uma única vez. Apesar de parecer uma boa opção, o atendente ficava ao celular o tempo inteiro e deixava tocando uma musica muito alta, em um ritmo e estilo que bastaria olhar o público entorno e perceber que era inapropriado e desagradável, ruim mesmo. Café da manhã: É no proprio hotel, mas pedem que apresente vouchers a cada dia. Qual a dificuldade em ter uma lista com o nome dos hospedes ? Vi hospedes retornando para buscar os vouchers, pois sem isso nao poderiam ter a refeição. O café da manhã é uma escolha em um menu, e a atendente era muito antipática. Não tentava entender e insistia em falar rápido. Certa manhã pedimos pratos de frutas e esperamos 33 minutos até receber o pedido, sem qualquer explicação ou satisfação enquanto isso. Outro dia pedi ovos mexidos com french toast. Achei a porção pequena, mas nao podia pedir mais alguma coisa. Os elevadores estavam em constante manutenção, e fazem alguns ruidos. O quarto muito bom, cama impecável, mas o chuveiro molha demais fora do box, precisa ajustes. Uma manhã na praia queriamos usar cadeiras sob a sombra, mas a atendente disse que estavam ocupadas. Ficamos mais de 2h e não vimos ninguém usar as cadeiras "ocupadas", tivemos que ficar em cadeiras sob o sol.
