The front desk staff were very friendly, with warm smiles and helpful service. The room was elegant and spacious, and overall, the stay was very comfortable. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, and the hotel provides free beach towels and bicycles for guests to use. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Great location and very nice and clean hotel. The room (Luxury Double) was nice but Japanese…table and chairs in sitting area are floor seating. The bed was very comfortable…and you wake up looking at the ocean 😊 Traffic in the area during the day on a Sunday was very heavy, but you’re very close to Araha Beach, so it was understandable. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking at the hotel is a bit tight but they have a second lot very close by. The staff is very friendly.

Our stay with Oile was seamless! From booking to communicating through messages on a special request to checking in. Everything was communicated clearly. The staff were all very kind and helpful when we needed to request for additional items, parking, or bike rentals. The grand suite was fantastic for the price. It was spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the beach and parts of American Village. It includes a kitchenette with the necessary items for us to be able to prepare a simple breakfast. For a small family of 3 or or a couple wishing to book a treat for a special occasion, this was the perfect stay for our 4 day trip to Okinawa.

People at the front desk were very caring, kind and friendly! Customer service was above and beyond! I would recommend to any travelers to this hotel because there is always someone at the front desk to help. in addition, the hotel was always clean, easy to walk to near stores and restaurants, and beautiful ocean view. The stay was amazing & comfortable. The hotel is super clean & smells amazing. The staff was excellent, they were super friendly, attentive & gave immediate service. The breakfast food & drinks tasted great. Its walking distance from several amazing places & if the parking lot is full you have another to go to or you can park in front of the entrance. This was my first time in Japan & I’ve never been to a super friendly, safe feeling, & spotless clean hotel until now. 10/10 would recommend. I got the beach view room & it was beautiful to watch the sun rise & set from the balcony. There was also lots of cute cats around the hotel area! 😸

Staff was so lovely. Front desk was absolutely fantastic. Always felt welcome. Stayed for two weeks. Kudos to the British gentleman who does a fantastic job at housekeeping, and everyone at the pool. Our room was so clean and new. Felt so safe using the pool. The music was absolutely awesome while swimming.
