As you stay in Old town, there are a few things that come with the territory, like the fact you have to park your car 2 miles away.
What it’s not common to see is that this property has about 7 different locations throughout old town, with reception being at a completely different one. It only works from 9 am until 7 pm, so good luck if you arrive or leave at a different. Time. If you lose your key in the evening, you’re screwed. No receptionist on attendance. They turned their phones off until 9 am the next morning.
The room itself is to dream about, but first you have to get through a very rude neighbor. The hotel only owns the top floor, so the neighbors downstairs are not very fond of the guests coming to their building. I had a very rude man smoking at the door impede my passage and even shut the door to my face.
When I checked out at 7 am I forgot something in the room. There was no way for me to retrieve it since the reception did not open until 9 am. I knocked at their door for 30 mins and called them and texted them several times. They didn’t respond to me until 9 am. It was too late then.
