Excellent Hotel
The property and facility were beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. My only complaint is that the shower had a foul odor the last day. a few rooms were affected. Overall, I will look forward to another stay in the future.

We Stayed in the past in another 5-stars ( Girandella Valamar Collection Resort ) , and that was for us a real 5-Stars ( Service, Hotel Condition, room ...etc ). We did not have same experience as for us personally, it was far from 5-Stars in gerneral.

Beautiful place, needs a few tweaks
For the price we paid per night, I expected a more refined stay. Little things like the bed not having a fitted sheet (we could see down to the stained mattress), no complimentary water after paying €37pp for the buffet dinner, and the outlets in our bathroom were not working the duration of our stay. Not the biggest of issues in the grand scheme of things but I couldn't help but feel like we overpaid for what we received.
