Picked the hotel due to the location for a concert near by. Walking distance to the venue. The only downside was that one of the elevator was down, so it took a while to go up or down after the concert was over and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The following day for check out the same thing, everyone trying to leave at the same time making it a little bit of a hassle.

Room was amazing, hotel staff was great. Easy to walk to the stadium and all the great restaurants around there. Even walked to Kentucky to buy bourbon. Only real issue was the parking was valet only and there seemed to be a problem with the app they use plus volume or road construction as many of us had to wait over an hour for our car.

Everyone was friendly enough and helped us with dinner plans and getting to the hard rock. Our time was spoiled with the 2am fire alarm. We were on the 14th floor and made it to 7 by the time they called it off. Then we trudged back up to our rooms. The heater was loud, our door wouldn’t open right, and our stay in the end, was ruined.

Victoria at the front desk was so nice along with her team that was with her behind the desk! She got us checked in early so we could start our fun day! She was helpful with anything that we needed along with her fellow staff members. We will be booking again! The room was modern and clean.. loved the view of the city and river!
