This was a spur-of-the moment trip for our family. The property was well-maintained, quiet and beautiful. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Looks ok on the face of it. Windows were not properly fitted. Lots of unnecessary single use plastic. Shower was very difficult to get to the correct temperature. A couple of miles into Carmel by the sea, and it’s unpleasant walk for about a mile. I did notice a bus but didn’t try that. Plenty of parking. Charged for amenities we didn’t use.

Nice clean place. Family and dog friendly. Pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Refillable water stations was nice. The restaurant was really good. Slow flow toilet we had to get them to fix but otherwise our stay was fine. Our window view was of the side of an adjacent building so it wasn’t great but I’m sure not others wouldn’t mind. Lots to walk too for pastries, coffee and restaurants.
