Really love the Palms..

It was my first time ever at the Palms and I've been going to Vegas for 35 Years. Great Hotel. Easy Parking, Easy Check In. Great on property food choices and the Buffet is World Class. We Really enjoyed the King Fantasy Suite and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I prefer firm beds but this one was comfy. The pool was great, and the staff so friendly. Jennifer at the buffet is the best and DeAnthony over at the pool security will keep you laughing.

Pointless to book with this site!

I booked using Affirm and still had to pay almost $300 out of pocket so I should have just booked through the actual property instead of Hotels.com I would have gotten some kind of perks, and not hit with ridiculous fees, last time I will ever book this way.

I stayed the the other tower previously and the rooms were much nicer. These rooms were older and had a lot of maintenance issues like air conditioning lighting tv switches etc. it was resolved quickly which was great.
