Excellent stay! Quiet and peaceful! I'm not sure if there was body wash in the shower? There were 2 shampoo bottles and 1 conditioner. Didn't have time to ask since I was in a rush to check out. I'm sure if I contacted the front desk they would have brought body wash. Excellent accommodations!

Located in a convenient location to & from the Syracuse airport. The suite was spacious with all the amenities of being at home with your own refrigerator, stove & microwave. We definitely will stay here again!

We booked a stay due to being in town for a concert. We arrived to our room approx 1 am after the show. The hotel appeared to be fully booked. When we turned down the bed we saw stains showing through the bed sheet. The mattress was stained with what appeared to be old blood. Needless to say we slept on the couch and chair in the other room. Crest hill… you can do better! Would not recommend.
