Not enough blankets for the beds. No lobby or meeting area. Room was clean but shabby. Torn lampshades, ants in the bathroom. We had no cleaning products in our kitchen. Staff was nice but a poorly managed property.

Well Expedia had us paying at property. We wanted to pay ahead of time. So we paid the 330.0 ahead only for them to jack up the price and cancel our reservation. We called your customer service and the business in India Joe cancelling and saying we did not have a reservation and increased the price.

First, the staff at Sonesta is excellent and customer-focus, that is one of the reasons I have stayed at this facility several times. Plus I love the location and trolley access to football games. Because I have a dog who I love dearly their pet area is awesome. But I would for this location to update their fitness center. The equipment is fairly old compared to other hotels I’ve also visit.

Great room. Their ac is amazing. Best ac by far from any room we stayed at. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms are great, clean and beds are comfortable. Overall the smell when you walk in smells like a old hotel but doesnt affect the stay. Will stay there again.

Could have been better for price
Well, for 400 something dollars for just the weekend the bed was trash very uncomfortable basically low to the floor. The refrigerator was 1975. The couch was nasty. The bathroom was old. It just was giving roach motel. The staff was amazingly friendly no issues there but this place definitely needs an upgrade.
