After decades of travel and staying in hundreds of hotels and resorts, this may be the finest place i have ever stayed anywhere. They absolutely have the most comfortable beds, lots of helpful staff at all hours, an amazing pool and bar/restaurant on the seventh floor, spas and the most wonderful funky artful (yet refined) decor ANYWHERE!! This was our first time staying at a Hotel Zaza and boy did it exceed our expectations. Staff was very welcoming, our premium room was very spacious, rooms are very quiet, beds are comfortable, they have snacks and tea mid day, the location was close to shopping and restaurants, we also got to take advantage of the zaza car service and late check out. For what the hotel had to offer, it was well worth the price! We will be back!
