I regret staying at this hotel Stayed for three days. No room cleaning during my stay. Reception was never open eventhough there was a note that said it would be open limited hours! Check in via phone. The interior of the room looked good at first impression but there was dirt and dust under the bed. Necessities like soap and schampoo were provided. The safety box did not work. Sewer smell from the bathroom. Felt empty and unsafe with staff present except during breakfast. The hotel has potential with the beautiful location and charming old building. I found begbugs in my bed my last night, was provided another room. Hotel not responding with email regarding complaints. Not worth the price.

We were disappointed with our experience to say the least! When we arrived at 4:00 p.m., there was no one at the reception and we had challenges getting hold of someone on the phone. When we did get checked in, we got to a room that was nowhere near what was presented on Hotels.com. The room was prepared but not clean by any standard. We had to wash surfaces on tables etc. to be able to use these. The room smelled bad and had a number of flaws: - The beds had sheets that were full of holes and stains. - All surfaces in the room were full of dust. - Tables in the room were dirty. One table in the room was broken/defective, so that the tabletop fell off. - The bathroom was very poorly cleaned. Stains and generally poor cleaning of floors and a shower that was so poorly cleaned that we considered it unusable. - Hot and cold water on the tap in the barhroom had been reversed, resulting in that one of our children burned himself when he was washing his hands. - The floors in the living room were so dirty that we didn't want to store our things on them. - One of the beds had one corner that was lower than the others, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. - the door to the room was very difficult to close because it was too tight.

Obemannad hotell. Tog 30minuter innan vi fick hjälp med incheckningen. Kortet till rummet skulle man göra själv. Extra sängen var inte ens en säng det var sitt fåtölj utfällbart med madrass på. Smutsiga handdukar samt att badrummet inte ens var städat. Det låg smutsiga handdukar ned kastad i duschen. Tror knappast att det var rena sängkläder att dom princip bäddade rent det… Och frukosten var fruktansvärt äggröra i vatten och pannkakorna var torra och hårda. Personalen vid frukosten var inte trevlig bemött och frågade vilken rum vi kom ifrån samt varför inte alla kom ner och åt frukost och fick ett påminnelse om vilken tid för utcheckningen. Aldrig varit med om liknade hotell förut. Inte ens ett hotell snarare vandrarhem. Ingen kylskåp eller skohorn.

Obemannad incheckning, vilket de skulle vara tydliga med vd bokning och bekräftelse för att få ett bättre första intryck. Första intrycket är viktigt. I övrigt ok för det bra priset. Se det som ett bra bed & breakfadt snarsre än hotell så blir upplevelsen bättre. Bra läge, båt in till stan utanför dörren.

Vandrahem än hotell!

Entren inget snyggt och den reception är inte aktuell utan när frukost öppnar blir det på andra våning. Ingen personal där när man anländer. Korten ligger framme med namn på. Tyckte de va dåligt att det inte fanns vattenkokare i rummet. Eftersom receptionen är där frukosten är har hon koll på vem som äter min stackars dotter vaknade tidigt gick upp till resturangen, åt knappt. Ville gå upp igen med resterande familj senare fick hon till sig hon fick inte äta för hon redan varit där så med andra ord "vakt"när det gäller att äta. Hårda bullar och torra pankokor misstänker de va gårdagens. Det enda positivt är väl läget. I fint område vid vattnet, är det sämsta hotellet jag varit på. Tycker man ska klassa det som vandrahem med eget badrum inget hotell!!

Saknar personal och bekvämligheter

Relativt billigt. Det var enda fördelen. Hade en liten "affärslägenhet" med köksdel, med mycket smutsig utrustning. Stopp i handfatet på toaletten, trasigt badrumsskåp, överlag dåligt skick. "Dubbelsängen" var i själva verket två sängar som gled isär. Ingen fanns i receptionen (trots uppgift om tider för incheckning) och ingen information om hur vi fick tag i nyckelkortet - en annan gäst hjälpte oss på plats. Inga funktionella gardiner; vi fick sova med t-shirt knuten runt huvudet mot morgonljuset. Svårt att hitta fördelar med detta boende, men med hög toleranströskel och liten plånbok kanske det kan tilltala någon.

Hej Det var inget bra ställe alls och det du annonserar om skiljer sig väldigt mycket från verkligheten. Rummet luktade cigaretter, toaletten var trasig, det fanns inget kylskåp. Jag är sjuk och jag behövde lägga medicin i kylen, men den fanns inte tillgänglig. Rummet var väldigt smutsigt, lamporna i rummet var utbrända, det fanns ingen hårtork, personen som serverade frukost var väldigt oförskämd och arg, vi var inte alls nöjda, jag betalade 1600 kroon för rummet men jag är inte alls nöjd och jag kommer att klaga. Tack
