Mieszkanie OK, przyjemne, bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Niesmak jest jedynie pod kątem obsługi, która przed przyjazdem dzwoni niejako przyśpieszając zameldowanie, jak również problematyczne wymeldowanie. Nie są również przestrzegane przy zameldowaniu, jak również wymeldowaniu zasady bezpieczeństwa wz. COVID-19 - brak maseczek, większa ilość osób niż zalecane - brak poważnego podejścia do problemu.
