Eine Übernachtung war leider nicht möglich, da unsere Buchung vergessen wurde und kein Zimmer mehr frei war.

Nous resterons polis. A éviter.
A notre arrivée nous avons reçu un mail avec vidéos pour accéder au mobil-home flottant ! Nous sommes allés chercher la clé au Café de l'autre côté de l'avenue à 12 H. La clé n'ouvrant pas le portillon, ni le 1er, ni le 2nd nous avons été obligés de demander sur le quai au seul endroit ouvert "Départ des bateaux pour la Grotte de Neptune" . Après avoir attendu une réponse de Gosia pendant + de 2 heures enfin, peu après 15 H le responsable du ponton appelé par le guichet de la visite de la grotte est arrivé et nous a enfin ouvert. Il faut dire que le temps était pluvieux et particulièrement froid, nous n'avons eu qu'un drap pour nous couvrir et avons été obligés de mettre nos polaires et blousons en plusieurs couches. Il n'y avait pas de chauffage, uniquement un climatiseur sans la fonction heater, donc ne produisant que du froid, de plus les ouvertures obturées par un plastique transparent non hermétique qui sous l'effet d'un vent violent gonflaient et produisaient un courant d'air glacial (11°) qui traversait la pièce. Je n'oublie pas les remontées d'égout provenant du système d'évacuation. Enfin le lendemain nous avons reçu un message nous demandant si nous avions trouvé !.......de qui se moque-t-on. Nous n'avons jamais vécu une aussi mauvaise expérience. A juste titre nous demandons le remboursement de cette "non prestation".
