Modern, friendly, awesome breakfast

Why oh why don’t more hotels furnish breakfast at no extra cost? The free breakfast buffet was simply outstanding. There were cozy nooks for us to come downstairs in the evening to read. Nice room. Only one minor quibble- the shower “leaked “ water into the bathroom floor, a slip and fall hazard on the marble. We would cheerfully stay there again.

First of all, excellent staff: the receptionists politely answered to all of our questions, both about our stay and about the city in large. They went above and beyond to help us- e.g. they sent us useful information before we arrived, and they got us breakfast the last day, although we checked out early. Speaking of breakfast, it had amazing variety, and it catered to every want and need: sweet, savory, gluten free, vegan, etc. Also, there were bus and metro stops within walking distance (5'-10'). We would definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel. A bit out of town but easy to get around for us. Staff always helpful. Great breakfast. Rooftop bar a plus. Liked the look of the hotel. Our room had adequate space. More hooks for hanging and a few hangers. Very little drawer space. But had both our suitcases up and easy to access our stuff in the room. Long shelf in the bathroom so all our toiletries could be out. Beds comfortable. think you would be happy staying here. And I highly recommend this hotel.

Objectively: reaaly bad hotel overall.

The hotel in reality is not good at all. Pictures or photos could be very manipulated. It is not as if it looks in photos. Rooms are very small, restaurants are very cold. We had to borrow heater one day. Staff at the houskeeping and restaurants cant speak swedish. Staff not so welcoming. Yoy have to pay evetything at this hotel. Breakfast are always the for all days 4 days. Really boring and low quality breakfast. Cant understand other people who rated breakfast so high before. Talked to aanother couple yhey sais they were very dissappionted with the hotel. It seems the hotel prefers to be very mean and holding in money towards their guests.
