This was a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and the staff was excellent. While the area around the hotel was safe it was not the cleanest and there is no grand entrance to the hotel. Often times we walked down an alleyway to get inside or if you go through the main entrance, it looks like an abandon office/mall building.

The hotel looks really good. The restaurants and bars are amazing, if you're willing to pay $1000 for a Michelin 2 star meal. The hotel felt like all of the money went into the restaurants and bars and the rooms were an afterthought. The beds *are not comfortable*. The walls are paper thin. My husband got food poisoning at the Tower Club. Communication between staff was non-existant. The hotel is fine, but it is not a 5 star experience.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Location is ideal near Saphan Thaksin station and the Chao Praya river where you can take boat taxi. A visit to the open air Sky Bar is a must, but please be aware of the prices that are also sky high. Book your room with the magnificent breakfast and you don't need to go hungry for the rest of the day
