Could be better
When we first arrived, we found a lot of food crumbs and a long hair in the sheets. Went to front desk who saw it himself and brought us clean sheets. We had to change the sheets ourselves. The guy was friendly. Then told us we could get a 10% discount which we were ok with. However they charged an additional $62.07 TWICE on the same day they gave a $65 refund. Ive called over 8 days and every time the manager is in a meeting or not there. Was told they would call back but never did. Also the ski resort has a few safety issues. I fell off a step that wobbles. And then noticed other steps with wood add-ons. I prefer if they just replaced it. The other thing was that their instructors have a ton of small kids and adults that crowd the path of the skiers that come down. SOme litlle kid could be killed one day. Its the training ski route. I dont understand why they cant move those people to the other side where no one comes down the moutain. There are sooo many people blocking the path and people have fallen trying to avoid each other. I spoke to two instructors and they just didnt care about moving to the other side which is only 50 feet away and out of the way of the skiers that come down the mountain. & the conveyor belt seems to stop abruptly from time to time causing some people to lose their balance and even fall. the operator told me that there is a loose piece at the end that sometimes bends and causes the belt to stop abruptly & he just restarts
