Good location and the room was clean. In our apartment, AC is only in the living room and one of the bedrooms, the room with two single beds did not have AC so it was really hot.

The staff at the Apart Hotel Viva Providencia were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they provided clear instructions for things we needed to know. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet at night, we were able to get a great nights sleep. The only suggestions are that the walls in the apartments need to be repainted and the bathtub gets really slippery when you take a shower, we were worried about falling while we stepped out of the shower.

Excellent neighborhood, great apartment
Outstanding neighborhood. Quiet, but close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The building and apartment were very clean. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. However, it was relatively modern and the kitchen had everything that you need for a lengthier stay. Front desk was so friendly! They were great!

Quiet convenience
This place was convenient to many cafes and restaurants and in a quiet area. Although breakfast was not made on the premises they did provide a daily bag filled with coffee and tea packets, granola bars, nuts and crackers, etc. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was in the kitchen the microwave was on a high shelf. Made it hard for short people (like us) to reach it.

Estadia ok, que da para melhorar.
A acomodação tem vantagens como a qualidade das camas, a tranquilidade do lugar, a localização excelente. Porém, falta conforto. Fomos em familia, casal e filha adulta. Apenas um quarto tem ar condicionado, faltou o equipamento no outro quarto e, principalmente, na sala, que na época de nossa estadia era quentíssima. A sala é desconfortavel, precisa de pelo menos duas boas poltronas. A única tv estava no quarto principal, e nao na sala, o que é estranho em uma acomodação de dois quartos. A cozinha tinha pouquissimos utensilhos, dificultando demais até mesmo um simples café da manhã ou uma refeição rápida em casa. A limpeza diária deixou um pouco a desejar. A recepção todos os dias entregava um pequeno kit individual de café da manhã, o que achamos simpático. Outra coisa estranha foi o uso de água quente, que era restrito por algo entre 15" a cada hora. Nos adaptamos, mas isso inevitavelmente trouxe um certo desconforto.

Hospedagem excelente.
Por fora parecia algo muito simples, mas o Apart Hotel Viva Providência foi sensacional. Localização excelente, organização e limpeza também. Todos os dias deixaram um lanche com bolacha, suco, café… O ponto de ter pia, cooktop, microondas, torradeira, pratos, são itens que facilitam muito a estadia.

Excelente custo beneficio
O Hotel fica bem localizado, com supermercado na mesma quadra, restaurants a 2 quadras e a 20 min a pe do shopping Costanera. De 6 dias, apenas 1 dia nao foi feita a limpeza do quarto. O colchao da cama é bom, roupa de cama e banho limpos. Chuveiro bom, embora tenha regulagem de agua quente, mas suficiente para tomat um bom banho. Como descrito, nao tem cafe da manha, mas era deixado um "saquinho" com bolacha club social, barrinha de cereal, suco de Laranja, cafe e cha de saquinho. Garagem coberta gratuita. Voltaria a me hospedar com a familia no hotel.

Localização boa, com mercado próximo; recepção 24 horas; o tamanho das acomodações atenderam bem 03 pessoas. Oferecem kits de lanche de cortesia. Pontos negativos: tempo restrito de disponibilidade de água quente no chuveiro, se extrapolar o tempo a água fica gelada durante o banho; as toalhas de banho eram velhas, poderiam substituir. O quarto de casal tem uma fresta entre as persianas, deixando entrar muita claridade para o quarto durante a noite.

Deixou a desejar na agua quente!!!
A experiência no apart foi muito boa, próximo a vários lugares como farmácias, cafeterias, supermercados e metro. A unica coisa que deixou a desejar e que pra mim nao merece 5 estrelas, é que o banho quente é de apenas 5 minutos por pessoa, ou seja 10 minutos no total. Eles falam de 10 a 20 mais cronometrei no relógio e nao deu nem 10 minutos, após isso somente depois de 1 hora a água volta a estar quente. Pedi a recepcionista que pedisse para olhar mais nos informaram que era automático e nao conseguiam mexer. Como o Chile é um pais frio, o minimo para mim seria a disponibilidade de um banho quente descente.
