Exceeded expectations! The rooms are modern and the bathroom is lovely with a great shower. The location is fantastic with views of the church and an easy walk to all attractions. This was great value for money and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night!

Wow - we liked this one!
This is a true gem! Are you staying in Caravaca this is the perfect hotel for best location, genuine surroundings in the old city and wow such a lovely couple who runs it! They have made every detail of the hotel to perfection, very cozy and warm feeling about it! If we are coming back we definitely will stay here again!

Unwelcoming & unhelpful, clean but not boutique!
Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it. Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom one. Twin beds only, which is hard to understand when the bathroom door is glass & doesn’t shut properly so quite uncomfortable even for a couple! No answer to calls to confirm. The frosty check-in when we did arrive was followed by a night searching for the only restaurant open that night - the hotel didn’t give any information at all. Not a hotel or town we’ll stay at again, we’ve never been anywhere so rude & unwelcoming (& we speak Spanish!) especially on a day hosting a La Vuelta stage finish.

Sin duda el hotel donde alojarse en Caravaca
Ya hemos estado en este hotel cinco veces, para nosotros el mejor de Caravaca de la Cruz. La última vez, estuvimos dos días, y han cambiado el sistema de limpieza, esto es, que hay que colocar el letrero en la puerta para que te limpien la habitación... nos quedamos sin limpieza. El propietario nos dijo que había un letrero en el ascensor, estamos en un primero y no cogemos el ascensor. Se debe de informar a los clientes cuando se realiza el check in, por el resto es un pequeño hotel muy acogedor. La habitación que da a la iglesia un 10. Gracias, saludos Roberto
