3* faible
Hotel 3 étoiles pas plus. Pour ceux qui aime la party, resto-bar Spilia à même l’hôtel, mais très dispendieux. 3 choix de restos à 10 min à pied, mini-market et 2 supers plages. Vue superbe!! Arrêt autobus facile et abordable

The property is old and it’s far away from the center there are no buses and you have to pay taxis 50-70 euros to go somewhere and the hotel is way expensive like getting a spot on the beach can cost you 150 euros 😅

First of all, pictures of the rooms very very very fotoshop. From the site they look nice and fresh in reality very old building and very old rooms with old furniture. Nothing in common Not even worth giving 1-star! Honest advice is DO NOT BOOK here! The pictures and advertisements of this hotel are nothing but to get you to book with them The bed and pillows are like you sleep in rock, The pool you can't use until 1 pm.And also if you want to go to beach you have to pay. Overall I will never go back, either don't recommend no one to go

Nice hotel close to the beach but...
Nice hotel close to the beach but the conditions was very bad, the room and the view as the place was great, but the room service, the breakfast, the staff as the cleanliness of the most hotel was terrible! The room it was a great but every day we had to listen the music of the beach bar and we ‘d to smell lot of things as the foods of the restaurant downstairs. The WiFi was disabled all the time and the rooms hasn’t WiFi at all!!! The breakfast was “typical” and not good at all and the coffee was from a machine... they say that they “include” in the price and beds on the beach but we paid 25€/the one and the food was expensive and bad’. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to any friend. Not value for money! The parking that they say, is the small street that guide to the hotel... the staff was running with their van all the time and it was very unpleasant for us to try everyday to park and unpark! The best was that one day we wake up, we try to eat something from breakfast and when we get to our car we find it with a big scratch!!!

Really nice! Stella the bartender was an angel. On the property there are 2 restaurant/bar, pool, beach 20 steps from your room. Free breakfast, lovely views.

Nice location with beautiful views of St Anna bay, but the hotel needs lots of improvements. Most rooms are old and need to be refurbished. Breakfast is bad. Parking is a problem when the hotel is busy. There is no WiFi (apart from the reception area) and mobile broadband coverage is poor in most hotel areas.

Serious thought
We were very excited to stay here only to find that the owners were extremely rude to the guest as well as the permanent staff The toilet broke for 24 hours till someone would come and check it out the bed broke and the mattresses were box springs we also learned that Mykonos is the mafia island and the inlet had ships coming and going There were not three restaurants as suggested free breakfast so so dinner unbelievably expensive one dinner shared by three with one bottle of house wine $258 and a beach bar equally pricey Waiters were nice until the next day when I asked for lunch couldn’t be bothered a guest was there who hurt his leg and they couldn’t be bothered to help

WORST HOTEL EVER
Honestly, do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel like the plague for the reasons numerically outlined below: 1. Horrendous rooms (probably a slight upgrade from a prison cell and the closest comparison I can think of for the beds would be like sleeping on a rock. Further, ensure to shower before 10am, otherwise you will be subject to a freezing cold shower, and on the way to said shower ensure you skilfully avoid the nails sticking out of the walls and floor). 2. The staff are incompetent and rude (the breakfast man yells at everyone and tells you to “GET OUT!!!” if you’ve stayed one minute past 10:30); 3. There is no wifi in the rooms and dial up equivalent connection in the lobby... Sorry but did I fall asleep and wake up in the 19th century (probably not on those beds), but then again, no wifi is probably a wise tactical move on their part in an attempt avoid the immediate scathing reviews on trip advisor); 4. Horrific breakfast. Let’s hope your aim is to get fat from cheap, nasty food (with flies all over it) whilst on holiday because you will fulfil that aim here. There are ZERO options with no meat, pastry, sugar and lactose so god forbid you have any kind of dietary restrictions. To summarise, you could not pay me enough money to ever come here again. I would even go as far as to say that I wouldn’t wish the experience we had on my worst enemy. This hotel was allegedly 4 stars, in my honest opinion that rating is highly inflated.

2/10 Poor

The best thing about the hotel is its location right next to the beach and a dayclub/restaurants. Otherwise the hotel and staff and customer service itself is horrible and I definitely do not recommend this place at all. Our air conditioning was not working and they kept telling us daily they would come fix it but they never did for the entire 3 nights we were there. It was very hot and we tried to sleep with our windows and patio door open and got bit by mosquitoes all night long. Also the room's overall condition and lighting was very poor. It was definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

no wifi, no good bed, no proper light, breakfast was mostly cake and other sweets, the food was extremely expensive, the cleaning wasn't good (they weren't changing the sheets unless we asked them to do it), horrible bathroom, after every shower the whole bathroom floor was super wet. the only good thing was the nice free beach near it and the view. sooo not worth the price.

An uninhabited land far far away
Saw many reviews saying that the hotel's staff were really rude however I beg to differ. The staff there were really friendly and helpful! However the room and the hotel's location is terrible. Stay here only if you want to have houseflies buzzing in your ears all night and get fed by mosquitoes all night while you're showering and sleeping. The room has a weird smell (probably from poorly maintained old wooden ceiling) and is terribly designed with only one pathetic plug at a unreachable location underneath the dresser table and no mini fridge provided. As for the location, it is situated 30 minutes away from the main town of Mykonos with absolutely nothing nearby. No supermarket, no minimart and the only option you have is the restaurant in the hotel which costs a bomb. If you are looking to stay here just because it is cheaper than staying in Mykonos town, I would recommend against because ultimately, the savings would be spent renting a car or ATV (which is also very expensive).

Beautiful views
The views are amazing. The grounds are quaint. The rooms need a lot of work. Lighting is poor, the beds are very uncomfortable and low not to mention there are 2 single beds. Flies seem to be a big problem. Their breakfast was good. If not for the rooms this would be a nice place

Beach was excellent. St. Anna beach is stunning, with clear water. However the hotel advertised it as apart of the hotel, but you actually need to pay to use the chairs on the beach. It’s incredibly expensive to eat at the hotels restaurant, better to walk down the road to the two other restaurants. For the hotel being on the higher end, it was rather dated in the rooms. Could not fully use the shower upright, as the shower head chord did not reach the clip to hang it up. The staff, especially the cleaning staff and driver were excellent. The owner however was incredibly rude and cold, as if you being there was a burden. Make sure to get any quoted costs in writing as there is a tendency throughout the island for pricing to change at a whim. The hotel is rather secluded from the action, so if you are looking for a quiet stay, it may suite you, however if you want something more cost effective and close to clubs, multiple beaches and shops, you should look around the paradise beach area.

Avoidable
Amazing location Good local eatery’s Nice outlook and balcony but no chair or table. No fridge. Food at hotel expensive. 60.00 euros to sit on the beach as a hotel couple per day. Small free bathing area down the far end of the beach. Bathroom water went all over the floor. So accident waiting to happen there if you slipped On the wet floor. Girls on reception nice and helpful. Manager (or owner?) rules the staff with a fist of iron. Wouldn’t return .
