Great Stay
Great hostel with friendly staff. I was able to check in early, my room was very clean and cleaned each day. WiFi worked fine, booked a tour to Lake Titicaca through the hostel it was very cheap and brilliant included hostel pick up and drop off. Excellent location near shops, restaurants and within drop off and pick up for Bolivia Hop. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Decent place to stay if passing through Puno. The room was perfect for two people, with lots of space and a private bathroom. They let us check in early which was nice. The windows did not completely close, so was quite cold, but lots of blankets and the option to rent a heater if you want.

pire hôtel de Puno...
Expérience désastreuse au sein de cet hôtel : le Directeur est désagréable et malhonnête. Il nous a assuré que la chambre disposait de l'eau chaude alors que ce n'était pas le cas et a refusé d'entendre quoi que ce soit lorsqu'on lui en fait part et nous a juste dit qu'on pouvait "aller voir ailleurs si nous n'étions pas content". De plus la chambre était sale et nous avons vu des cafards dans les espaces communs. Bref fuyez cet endroit surtout qu'il est possible de trouver largement mieux pour le même prix sur Puno...

Ikävintä Ururi Stayssa oli se, että emme saaneet, mitä hotels.comin sivulla luvattiin. Esim. Luvattua kahvi- ja teetarjoilua ei ollut ollenkaan ja erikseen pyytämällä (”kerjäämällä”) saimme. Pyyhkeet saimme vain pyytämällä. Vastaanoton pito oli huolestuttavan lepsua - välillä ulko-ovi oli lukossa (pääsimme sisään toisten asiakkaiden avulla), ja huoneiden avaimet olivat avohyllyssä, jota kukaan ei vahtinut. Ostimme huoneen erikoistarjouksena hotels.comin kautta samana päivänä, kun kirjaannuimme sisään, ja henkilökunta yritti saada meidät tuntemaan huonoa omatuntoa halvasta hinnasta - tuli todella tympeä olo. Sijainti on hyvä.
