地下鉄オイベック駅から徒歩5分、鉄道のタシケント駅まで地下鉄利用で20分（入口での荷物検査とちょうど１本見送った後の待ち時間込み）と、鉄道の利用を控えた宿泊に便利。旧市街からは離れるが、チョルスーにも地下鉄１本で行ける。近くのスーパーは、2階にフードコートがあり、代表的なウズベク料理が食べられる。
