I stayed in the hotel dor one night. The rooms were good, but it didn’t has enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom and shower were great. The rooms had a good noise isolation as well. I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the free parking helped a lot.

Pessima experiência. Pessimo atendimento. Cheguei no hotel com meu marido e filho de 7 anos. Na recepção me pediram certidão de nascimento original do meu filho.Como obviamente não tinha, mostrei todos os outros documentos e depois de quase 2 horas, conseguimos ir para o quarto. Quando abrimos a porta, estava insuportável o fedor de cigarro. Voltei a recepção e pedi pra mudar de quarto. O quarto que nos colocaram havia somente uma cama de casal. Quando questionei sobre a cama do meu filho, a recepcionista disse ele deveria dormir junto na cama de casal. Que não tem nenhum quarto no hotel com 3 camas. Então tivemos que dormir nos 3 na mesma cama. Só não fomos embora pois meu sogra e minha sogra já tinham ido para o quarto deles. Foi uma péssima experiencia. Cobertor com furo de cigarro como coloquei a foto. Gerente sem educação, disse que eu teria que resolver com o Hotéis.com. Que eles vendem quartos que não existem.

Fui muito bem recebido pelo SR FELIPE no meu check-in, o qual foi extremamente gentil, ágil e muito profissional. Durante minha estadia, de igual forma, o Sr FELIPE e demais recepcionistas sempre me auxiliaram com muita educação. Em relação ao quarto, muito limpo e conservado (deixo um elogio à Sra Rayane camareira do 10 andar que tb foi muito gentil e manteve a arrumação impecável) As meninas do café da manhã tb foram muito prestativas. Parabéns ao SAN DIEGO EXPRESS pelo alto gabarito de seus profissionais e conservação de suas instalações.

Pior experiência de minha vida

Já havia hospedado na rede algumas vezes, mas ontem tivemos a pior experiência de nossas vidas como hóspedes e nesse hotel. Foi de tamanha desumanidade, falta de empatia, covardia que me pergunto se há que recebemos. Chegamos ao hotel às 21:30, depois de ficarmos aproximadamente 9 horas na estrada, devido um problema em nosso carro e o atraso da seguradora em nos socorrer. Ao chegarmos ao hotel com minha esposa e filha de cinco anos, percebemos que havíamos deixado o documento de nossa filha dentro do nosso veículo e esse havia sido guinchado e enviado para oficina e a partir daí começou toda a terrível experiência. Mesmo explicando a recepção, com fome, frio e cansaço, foi nos sugerido ir para rua com nossa filha, mesmo já sendo clientes e com a hospedagem paga. Precisamos acionar uma viatura, fazer um boletim de ocorrência para conseguirmos acessar o quarto, que impressionantemente a recepcionista nem leu do que se tratava, se fazia menção ao extravio ou qualquer coisa. Sei da legislação e obrigatoriedade de documentos, tentamos utilizar dos que tínhamos em nossos celulares, mas foi negado de todas as formas. Foi uma maldade enorme. Detalhe: Ligamos em 2 hotéis explicando a situação e ambos nos hospedariam nas condições que estávamos. Lamentável
