The front desk staff were very nice. The dehumidifier worked wonderfully. They also included the light breakfast. That is the bonus. However, the staff did not clean the floor during daily cleaning. Small garbage left on the floor for days.

Clean and spacious at a great price. Staff is available at all times, including 24-hr check-in, which is especially convenient for overseas travelers. Room includes AC, heater, dehumidifier, mini-fridge, and a hairdryer. Amenities such as a laundry room, a small kitchen area with a microwave, and a gym are a plus. Definitely will come again in the future.

It is located in Chai Wan, a bit far from urban areas and tourist attractions. Not much interesting dining around. It is in noisy area. But considering the room rate and comparing to other hotels in similar conditions. It may worth to consider to stay. Do not expect too much as the hotel is a bit dated.

Overall I only can say just average, I booked that hotel 6 months ago that I can get a good deal, based on the early bird price is ok, but if I pay in regular full price, I can say that not reaching the level, you can have lots of choices or even better out there. Breakfast included, but only bread and coffee. The coffee from the machine is pretty good.The room is spacious, not bad. They have a laundry room, washer and dryer, easy to operate, not bad. They change your towels and bed sheets only when needed. Maybe their point is Eco friendly, but it's like I said, if I pay full price, that is not what I expected.One thing I am not happy with, one time when I back to hotel late at night, my room door not close probably, anyone can push and get into my room, that really shock me, I didn't go to reception to complaint, I don't think they can do anything other than say "o, sorry",  and luckily I didn't lost anything.
