A wonderful experience
The facility was interesting and enjoyable. We were surprised to have a “detached bathroom” which was dedicated to our room but located 50’ away from our room. The facility was spotless and the real highlights were the location, OUTSTANDING breakfast and most importantly the owners who were kind, gracious and truly made the stay wonderful.

Meget alternativ morgenmad. Ikke særlig dansk. Levede ikke op til forventningerne. Bør holde sig til det traditionelle morgenbuffet. Og holde igen ned alternative retter, som sikkert passe de få. Det gjorde at opholdet ikke levede op til forventningerne.

Vi havde lejet 4 værelser og følte os lidt snydt, da det ene værelse hverken havde skab eller bøjlestang. Det ene badeværelse var fyldt med skimmel!!!

Beskrivelse af værelset var ikke retvisende. Beskrivelsen gav indtryk af der var bad og toilet på værelset. Der var eget bad ig toilet, men det lå på gangen. Badeværelse var under acceptabel stand. Rengøring var mangelfuld, der var sorte rande omkring vandhane, sorte plamager på gulv, gulv var revnet, vandhane dryppede og der manglede udluftning (utilstrækkelig). Værelset var rent og pænt, der var ikke dobbeltseng, men 2 enkeltsenge. Døren var tynd og der var meget larm fra trappe og madlugt fra køkken. Personale var fantastisk søde og hjælpsomme.

Bedste udsigt i Gudhjem
Superflot beliggenhed med udsigt over klipperne, havnen og østersøen. Rigtig god terrasse både ved værelset og retauranten. Fantastisk brunch og super personale.

Super hyggeligt ophold og god morgenmad med den skønneste udsigt over Gudhjem havn. Super sødt og smilene personale. Dog var rengøringen ikke den mest grundige. Vores beskidte kopper blev bare vendt om, hvilket kunne ses, da man løftede kopperne fra bakken. Derudover blev der ikke fyldt kaffebrikker, som beskrevet. Sengene blev kun redt i det omfang, at der blev lagt dyne og tæppe på, men ikke skiftet sengelinned. Ellers et superhyggeligt hotel, som vi bestemt vil besøge, når vi skal til Bornholm igen.
