Beds are super uncomfortable, and pillows are useless. Need to spend a little money on some decent pillows as sleeping is impossible. I would not visit again due to this.

Lite bullrigt läge precis vid en spårvagnshållplats. Tyvärr fungerade inte duschen särskilt bra. Omväxlande kallt och mycket varmt vatten. Risk för att bränna sig. Personalen i receptionen var inte särskilt intresserade av det senare problemet.

Hotellet finns i en gammal byggnad men i ett bra skick. Vi fick ett stort fint rum som överraskade oss positivt. Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Gute Lage, schönes Hotel. Zimmer mit Sicht auf dem Schweriner Schloss.. Leider war das Zimmer im 7. Stock und der Aufzug ging nur bis zum 6. Mit schwerem Koffer war es nicht einfach. Das Zimmer war heiß (Dachboden), aber es gab einen Ventilator im Zimmer und ich konnte gut schlafen.

Preis-Leistung des Hotels stimmen. Es is etwas in nicht auf dem modernsten Stand, jedoch alles was sich im Hotel bzw. den Zimmern befindet funktioniert und ist sauber. Ich würde mehr bezahlen, wenn es etwas hochwertiger ausgestattet wäre. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.
