We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful place! The room was immaculate, the shared areas were a lovely bonus and communication with the host was excellent. The room had a kitchenette which was great to prepare a simple breakfast, it had air conditioning which was amazing during a heatwave, the bed was really comfortable and we slept so well and the bathroom had a huge shower and lovely fixtures and fittings. I would happily stay here again.

Very clean and modern rooms, with all the facilities you could need. Plenty of local pubs for food and considering how rural it felt, it is really close to Birmingham. Just be aware that depending on your network there is very limited mobile signal, but the speed and ease of connecting to the properties WiFi more than made up for it.

The property is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and felt completely safe throughout our visit. ​A special thank you to Jack, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The property was excellent. The room was very well presented and very clean. It had a luxury feel to it. The aircon was a great addition during the recent heatwave. Using a code to enter the building and room was simple and easy. Parking available for each room. Local pub only 5 minutes walk away.

A real gem and perfect in every way. I booked this stay last minute after a dreadful experience at another local hotel, and it was an absolute breath of fresh air from the moment I arrived. Within minutes of booking, I received a detailed information pack with my room number, PIN code, and everything I could possibly need for my stay. You also have your own allocated parking spot. The owner called personally to thank me for the booking, confirm I had received the details, and invite me to get in touch if I needed anything at all. Well I certainly didn't want for anything 😉 The property has been freshly converted and is beautifully presented and finished. The room was spotless, with air conditioning and free Wi‑Fi, and was a very welcome sight after my previous poor experience. Its beautifully presented and had everything you could ever need, even a fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area and would not hesitate to recommend it.

My first stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Communication was excellent throughout and arrival was hassle free. The room was clean, stylish and had everything I need. As a lone traveller I felt very safe and the CCTV was reassuring. Quiet location, easy to find and ideally placed for me to visit family nearby. I was able to do myself some breakfast in the morning and the kitchen was spotless. Looking forward to staying again.
