313の部屋のエアコンが臭いが酷いうえ、クーラーが効かなったので、フロントの方にお伝えしたら、すぐに違う部屋に変えていただけました。 迅速な対応はありがたかったですが、楽しみに 入室して、暑いうえに、嫌な臭いに頭が痛くなり、宿泊者が入室する前の事前チェックが足りないところを指摘させていただきます。
