Me surpreendi com a estrutura. Tudo estava novo, limpo e muito bem organizado. Foi muito além do que eu esperava, 100% conforto. Se for passar alguns dias em SP à trabalho, é uma ótima opção para home office, ou híbrido se precisar ir em alguns momentos presencialmente, quartos já estão estruturados para atender essa demanda. E se for para passeio, é extremamente completo e aconchegante. Localização perto de várias cafeterias e do COPAN. Várias lojas diferentes em volta e bem tranquilo de circular em volta, bastante policiamente.

The checkin process was a bit stressful because I have to wait until the send me the passcode. It supposed to be done by 3pm but I had to contact somebody to get my code. I did my Face ID onde day before and even though I had some problem to get into the building. I had again to contact the help by WhatsApp. The gym was great, the location was also good. There are nice restaurants around and it’s near to the alternative hotspot of São Paulo. The room itself was amazing. Very comfortable, modern and clean. The WiFi worked well.

Raramente avalio hospedagens, mas esta me fez abrir uma exceção. Reservei com receio, pois havia poucos comentários na plataforma e as fotos não favoreciam. Arrisquei pelo custo-benefício e a surpresa foi excelente. O atendimento inicial foi ágil e profissional. O anfitrião facilitou nossa logística permitindo um early check-in, o que salvou nossa chegada. O prédio é novo e bem estruturado. O acesso via reconhecimento facial na portaria e senha no quarto traz uma segurança e praticidade que valorizamos bastante. O estúdio é impecável, limpo e com decoração inteligente. A cozinha é bem equipada com o essencial. Optamos pelo quarto com varanda, uma ótima escolha pela vista. O condomínio oferece um rooftop agradável e uma academia simples, mas que atende razoavelmente bem à manutenção da rotina de treinos. A localização é estratégica, a passos do metrô República, restaurantes e conveniências. O maior destaque, no entanto, é o conforto acústico.
