The apartment was perfect for using as a base. Construction outside of hotel, could not be heard from inside our room - we were facing the courtyard. Staff were helpful when we asked for advice. Booked room to be cleaned halfway through our stay. Air conditioning was efficient & just what we needed after being outside in temps of mid 30’s. Convenient to get to all parts of Munich as the ubahn was a couple of mins walk away. Lidl, also a couple of mins walk away. Note;- Most museums closed on a Monday Would use Bob.W chain again.

Location is great, but lots and lots of construction happening right outside the property. Not much interaction with staff, which is fine. Bob W is what it is, so don’t be expecting the whole hotel experience

This hotel is in a not great area. There is endless construction on the streets and multiple building. It’s shocking how loud things are on a weekday. Luckily our room was situated on the back side of the building so with the windows closed it was bearable to staff was nice but not always effective. For example there wasn’t a card to turn on the lights but no one answered the concierge chat so I had to make trips up and down to get it sorted.

Building will under renovation and there were a lot of construction activity in the back, even on Saturday. Only one out of two elevators worked and it was really slow. The room itself was nice and newly furnished. The water pressure and temperature on the 5th floor was horrible, making showering a big pain. The luggage room in the basement is open so anyone could in theory go in and take whatever they want. The area is very sketchy.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, el casco antiguo de munich está a tan solo 15 minutos caminando, tienes la opción del transporte público con conexiones, supermercados y comercios. Otra ventaja es la ubicación de la estación central a solo 350 metros.
