The room was spotless and the staff was really friendly. It is just 3 minutes walk from the Miami strip aka ocean drive...and 4 minutes from the south beach. The location is perfect without the sound of noise of the best place but safety and security is atmost. The room is like a mini home, very spacious. Thanks to Oscar we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was extremely convenient for our family during the trip. The location was excellent and felt safe and comfortable. Oscar was incredibly attentive over the phone. The maintenance staff was consistently on site and always available. We also appreciated the support from the front desk staff at the Augustine Hotel, who were very kind and helpful. The beach towels and beach chairs they provided were a great added touch and made our beach days much easier. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect, the price is very fair, and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. Everything else in the apartment was great, and I truly believe it is well worth the stay. However, I would like to offer a bit of constructive feedback regarding the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the internet connection was very poor and we were unable to use it at all during our stay; it was either extremely slow or completely down. Since a reliable connection is so essential nowadays, we ended up having to use our own mobile data to get things done. I hope the management considers upgrading this, as it would make a big difference for future guests. Additionally, a great suggestion for the apartment would be to add an oven, a small toaster oven, or an air fryer. These are such essential appliances for cooking these days, and having one would definitely add a lot of value to the guest experience. Despite the internet issue, everything else was perfect and I would still recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!

It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Maude, the front desk person, is a very friendly and sweet young woman, who also made sure our stay was comfortable.

Possibilité de mettre des vélos de location devant votre logement: génial. Un grand merci à Oscar et son équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité H24.
