Clean, good WiFi and friendly helpful staff on reception. There weren’t blackout blinds despite what the listing said and it wasn’t as nice as the photos on the listing (mine was a different room to those listed). Most disappointingly was the lack of communication after I arrived. I asked for help with how to use the oven and had no response for the remaining 3 nights I stayed there so I was unable to use it. Location wasn’t the best for seeing the city in my opinion and walking to the metro didn’t feel overly safe.
