Great area with a lot of small restaurants and bars. Small but clean room. Nice staff. The breakfast - a choice between a couple of different and very small sandwiches where the one I wanted was not available 4 of my 5 days -was below expectations.

This is my second time I used this hotel. It is very convenient location.. it is very close to train station and there were so Many restaurants and convenience stores. One of the convenience store is connect from the front desk area… the room is clean and quiet. If you have a huge suitcase, it might be a little tight once your suitcase is opened.

Staff were extremely helpful with everything I needed. I ended up needing a doctor during my visit, and they found one for me that was foreign-friendly with services in English. They printed a map out for me, and booked a taxi for me as needed. I was really appreciative of their help during a very stressful period as a first-time solo traveller in a foreign country. The hotel itself, however, is not as great. The rooms have little-to-no air circulation, and are extremely stuffy. The bathroom seemingly had no ventilation whatsoever. The aircon is finicky, and allowed the room to heat up to what felt like 35+ degrees as the sun rose, despite it only being about 20 outside. It was extremely unpleasant and hard to function in such a small, stuffy, and hot space. The hallway air was well-circulated and cooled, so leaving the door open helped to make the room useable, but is of course unsafe and not appropriate in a public hotel. If you have dust/mould allergies or are sensitive to stagnant air, this isn’t a good place to stay.

Stayed here for my biz trip in Tokyo. There’s a free coffee machine at 1sr floor which is convenient. The facility is clean and comfortable, also the service is good. The only point that didn’t fit to me is that the pillows are too hard, others are good. :)

Property advertised as new property but more like a resurfacing. Lobby, elevator, and hallway seemed new but the rooms were not. The shower curtains for throughout the bathroom had mold and table area had a thick layer of dust. Pro was lawson was right next door and many restaurants close by

Everything was really good. Only thing I experienced as bad was that during the night the air got extremely dry. Not sure if it was the AC or my throat that dried up from the airplane trip, but since they had a humidifier, that was easily fixed.
