La atención en el restaurante excelente! Llegamos y había una cucaracha en el baño, pedimos un cepillo de dientes y no tenían, ya me he quedado en este hotel y había sido una mejor experiencia que esta! Ojalá no bajen la calidad

No me gusto que no facturan, y estan limitados en asistir como obtener la factura de Expedia. El agua para llenar la tina contiene sedimentos y otras particulas que desconocemos su origen. Limita a uno hacer uso de la tina. En su pagina anuncia que es un hotel pet friendly pero tiene un cargo de $500 por noche que no lo anuncia hasta que uno se esta registrando. Considero esta discrepancia de mal estilo.
