It took me over 20 minutes to ck in when I was the only person in lobby. Was given a tv remote with no batteries I was given a room on the third floor when their were many rooms in lower floors and no elevator lobby next door so not convinient to go back for new remote I was only staying that one night. Next morning there was no water not just bad pressure there was 0 water so we couldn’t shower. Explained to staff of problems and not even an I’m sorry just face like it is what it is. I have stayed in many hotels and this was the worst of the worst. Staff not at all helpful and no empathy. Only good part of stay was parking staff. In Mexico its culture to tip parking staff and we were glad to do it as they were the only good service we received at this location.

La ubicación es muy buena para ir al Paso TX, llegas al cruce caminando super fácil ya que se encuentra en la esquina de la avenida principal que te lleva al puente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y están limpias. Sólo tuve dos problemas, el primero fué que nos quedamos en una sección de habitaciones que está separada de la recepción y esa sección la cierran con llave, por lo que nos dejaron encerradas a mi amiga y a mi y no podíamos salir, pero ya que logramos comunicarnos con la recepción, nos fueron a abrir sin ningún problema. Y por la noche igual tienes que pedir que te abran para ingresar. Creo que sería buena opción que cada habitación tuviera su propia llave o al menos que hubiera un timbre para que te vayan a abrir de forma más eficiente. Y mi segundo problema fué con la regadera, ya que no tenía buena presión el agua y si era un poco difícil bañarse. Si lograran arreglar esos pequeños detalles, si duda regresaría.

busqué un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y accesible de precio porque mi finalidad era pasar a El Paso y regresar a pernoctar. Buen lugar, recién construído o remodelado, habitación de buen tamaño, bien iluminada, con AA y TV, baño amplio y cómodo. Todo bien, muchas gracias.

me quedo muy cerca del puente para ir al paso y activar mi permiso para poder viajar, me fui muy temprano y cuando regrese me entregaron un desayuno que la verdad no sabia que incluían en la reserva :)
