Top location and very nice hotel

Fantastic location in walking distance to all the major sites and experiences in Hiroshima. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff and comfortable room. The only negative was a gym without weights or floor mats-so limited usage. Laundry in room was a huge bonus.

Made a last minute reservation and arrived late, but staff was super helpful and kind from the moment I arrived. Room was great, a bit small but well organized and with a good washer/dryer with detergent. I also really enjoyed the lounge.

Room is clean and spacious. It comes handy when the room has washer and dryer, just arrange ample time before you wash your clothes

Lovely hotel and staff. Free snacks and soft drinks in the lobby was great as was the washing machine in our room. Close to station (5min taxi or 20min walk) and loads of shops and restaurants steps away. Staff were so helpful. Gym was a bit disappointing - a treadmill and a bike. That was it. But otherwise a fab stay.

Great location in the center of the city. Easy to get to the street car and walkable to all the tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Staff were extremely friendly. Great touch to have complimentary snacks and beverages in the lobby. This hotel has everything you need for a 2-5 night stay. Highly recommend

8/10 Very good

Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed.

Brand new property as it opened on the day we arrived. Beautifully designed and very modern. The staff tried their best however there were some teething issues. We pre-paid via Hotels.com but the staff at check-in said they could find our booking but could not see whether we had paid. Ended up supplying proof of payment by showing them our bank records and for supplying our card number again. This was not ideal and check-in for the 4 rooms our party booked took almost an hour. Apart from this, the stay was largely pleasant. I particularly liked the innovative idea of the breakfast, offering unique pastries and bread from local bakeries instead of the boring buffet spread. Rooms were reasonably sized. Best feature was the in-room washing machine. However, disappointingly, in one of the four rooms we booked, the washing machine did not work and started leaking water in the middle of the night. This meant that some of us had to stay up until 1am while the staff tried to fix it. In the morning they provided another room for us but caused us to miss breakfast. Nothing was offered to compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

Make sure you book the breakfast when you book the hotel. Get impossible to add once you’re already checked in for some reason.

Only wish we were staying longer! Great modern, clean hotel. I booked a queen room (this is more like an English king size bed). Sooo comfortable with everything we needed. Shower was fab and loved the self-drip coffee pouches. Attention to detail was excellent.

2/10 Poor

Breakfast was a poor health choice, carbs everywhere on the table with minimal protein. Would help if English is spoken in the hotel.
