Front desk girl named Chai was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. She was the best at making sure you had a pleasant stay! Nice outdoor pool but a lot for stairs to get to front desk. Hotel is located behind the Radisson Hotel Louisville North which I stayed at the night before. I preferred this hotel over the Radisson, especially with the money you save.

The room was ok nothing like the website portrayed. The staff was friendly. I had to pay a $50 deposit incase any damages were done to the room which I've never had to do. I better not see that charge on my card. I won't be returning.

We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool!

I just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room was perfect. Cold air, nice shower, bed was fine. Enjoyed watching Tv. No other amenities. No breakfast, coffee etc or anyone at the front desk alot of the times. Phones do not work in the room or when you try calling. You have to book online or possibly at the front desk if someone there. Again, the room was surprisingly nice

Well, you get what you pay for. I stayed there 2 nights. The grounds was not kept up, the night front desk guy disappeared when I was trying to get my key to work, The bathroom needed serious work, the remote control didn't work...no microwave in room, you get it but, it was quiet at night, the bed was comfy, the air conditioner worked great and the room was only $60 a night so there you go.

I was traveling with my daughter, and saw they had $100/room off, so I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Pulling in, I quickly discovered this actually part of the Raddison hotel. I had previously stayed at the Raddison and it was not the best, but not horrible. If I had know they were the same hotel I would not have stayed here. (My stay at the Raddison was over a year ago, and everything felt worn out and dirty. The gps actually took me to the Raddison front desk and this time it did feel fresh and clean) Upon checking in, I always check my room for cleanliness. Room 1 had a crack pipe under the mattress and room two smelled of mold. We checked out immediately after. No WiFi. No fridges in the room. And I do not recall seeing a microwave. Dresser drawers did not work. And the room door had to be pushed closed in order to latch. No ADA accessibility. No sense of security; I would have worried about my vehicle overnight. Also the picture is what the room layout looked like, but I swear it was photoshopped. Our room looked nothing like it. Overall, do NOT stay here EVER.
