While the location of this flat is desirable; however, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room cleanliness was unacceptable — the pillows had visible yellow stains, which is completely unhygienic. Additionally, the TV was not working at all, and the electrical installation in the room was loose, raising safety concerns.
What made the situation worse was the valet service. I left my car with the hotel valet, and it appears that during the night between March 5th and March 6th, someone may have slept in my car and tampered with the vehicle’s sound system connection. When I reported this issue to the valet on duty the next morning, I was told that it was not his responsibility to check what had happened to my car.
Overall, this stay fell far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
