The worst of the worst! I had to book another place to stay in on the day because they want to charge me 40 euro for late checking which just 1 hour. They asked to do some pre checking online but it won't accept my NAME or My PHONE NUMBER or MY BOOKING REFERENCE. Worst customers service of my whole life. Also their WhatsApp is AI so there is nobody there to help. I spent about 3 days to trying to get in touch with them but nobody would help. At the end of the day we are all humans and you need to treat people the way you want to be treated. for me KARMA will do what he has to do.
