This motel was great to explore the area. It was close to the highway and good for an overnight. The room was clean and the area was safe. Easy to find, convenient parking. Helpful staff. 24/7 convenience store and gas station next door, so essentials are covered. Close to Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. Staff was friendly, helpful. Under new management, sign said, 2026.

Extremely convenient location. Even though its a keypad check in the owner was very attentive and prompt with answers which was exceptional. Parking and area were safe and everyone was friendly. On Friday and Saturday there was an Amish horse and carriage selling goods which was great to experience. Katahdin national woods and monument was really fun to explore as well. Comfortable and affordable place to rest after a day of fishing and hiking.

We had a disastrous night with loud neighbors fighting and had to call the police. The management was very apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault), refunded that night’s stay, and moved us into a nicer room far away for the next night. We really appreciate the effort!
