The property was under renovation/construction and it was not mentioned in the website. Also, it said included breakfast but they had no restaurant. Breakfast was a set three things that must be ordered the night before from a restaurant nearby. Then there was no coffee included. When I inquired about coffee and said that breakfast is normally with tea, coffee, or juice; I was informed by the staff at the desk, that no where does it say coffee included! I said to her, I've been to over 100 countries, and usually a drink is included with breakfast. I was pointed to a coffee machine in the public area where I could purchase coffee, but the machine wasn't working when we tried to get coffee. The other issue was that there was no hot water the next morning for showering, and the tiles in the shower was dangerously slippery! There was work tools on the steps and a workman working. It wasn't a pleasant thing to check in to an area that was dusty and dirty from construction. We were booked for 4 nights, but only spent 1. We've been trying to get a refund from the hotel for 3 nights, nut no response from them or Hotels.com! We're extremely disappointed! And we would highly recommend people stay away from this property until renovation is completed.

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche du métro et des principaux sites de la ville (20 mins à pied). Le personnel est très serviable. On peut laisser les bagages en consigne. Attention le petit déjeuner est juste constitué d’œuf avec salade et pain ou porridge provenant du café voisin servi en barquette dans le chambre. Cela nous convenait. Si vous ne demandez pas on ne vous nettoiera pas la chambre. Elle n’était pas très propre. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans la chambre.
