The room was nice and comfortable. It's just hard to find place to eat other than Seven Eleven convenient store. I also spoke to the receptionist Gordon Lin before the stay and he was very nice and accommodating. He was helpful and he responded quickly to my questions.

Location is perfect, close to everything! Security is strict, very safe. Unit is spacious. 3 Big rooms 2 BR with shower and 2 toilets, washer inside too. Little improvements needed, such as no water kettle, no toiletries such as shanpoo, body soap, dishwashing liquid nor paper towels but overall a great stay!

Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. We ended up not staying there because of confusion with hotels.com and the host with checking in. We ended up getting a hold of Mary who refunded are stay and was very apologetic for the confusion that happened during our check-in. All advice would be to find out what cluster you’re staying in and don’t just ask one security guard they go to the cluster that you’re staying at and ask them to check in. The location is greatly located right there walking distance from the casinos, literally across the street. It’s worth the stay wish we could have stayed there!

I book the room good for 12 pax but only 3 and the same individual can use the pool for the whole duratiom which is for me is the downfall. We know that everyone would love to go swimming. We booked for 2 nights. At least allow different individuals to go swimming three at a time or on different days at least.

You get what you pay for. Pretty dirty unit, in a dirty building that reeks of cigarettes. We had 6 of us staying here and had to push a dusty mattress with that was against a wall and squeeze and bend it to the floor into the tiny room. No sheets for the mattress either. Worst thing though was the mattresses felt like you were sleeping on a piece of wood. Thank God we only were here overnight.

Property description is totally inaccurate and disgustingly dirty. Nothing luxurious about it....poorly maintenained....don't waste your money. I could have done better with what i paid fir 2 nights.The "fancy" door lock does not work properly either and it was a huge disappointment. We went to the mall and came back with our front door wide open. I would suggests to go somewhere else..If i can only insert photos i took, people would understand. Also,if you do get a hold with the staff, they can be responsive.

The kitchen don’t have much equipment for cooking. The ac is good. The bedding and room need to clean cuz it smells mold and have some bed bugs or Mybe just need to change the bedsheet. The bed is to hard. The place is good if they maintain the cleanliness and smell of the unit.
