I loved this hotel, great location about 7 mins walk from the station, 20 mins walk to the Colosseum and 30 mins walk to the Trevi fountain. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception at check in and throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

The staff on the desk were super friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. I got a free upgrade to a double room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Working aircon, beautifully decorated, and the location is amazing. I didn’t use the metro once!

The room was amazing. Freshly decorated to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The only issue I had which isn’t really an issue is that there are no English speaking channels on the tv, not even news channel. Which is fair enough as the hotel is in Italy. The hotel is quite new so sat nav not great at finding it. There’s a hotel in the same street called the same name but they pointed us in the right direction a few meters across the road and up a bit. Would definitely stay here again. Close to main train station about 10 mins away, about 20 mins walk from colosseum and a bit longer to Trevi fountain. Near shops and restaurants. Five stars!

Hotel Della Prassede was undergoing renovations and was not ready to accommodate us during our stay. We instead got transferred to a “farther” hotel, not a personal choice, which is lower star-rated. I think/feel that I even paid more for the services the alternative hotel (Orazia) have offered! I demand/expect due compensation for such inconvenience!

Vi bodde på hotellet mellan den 4 och 8 juli och är tyvärr inte nöjda med vår vistelse. Den nivå av service och kvalitet man förväntar sig när man betalar för ett hotellrum uteblev helt. Rummet städades endast en gång under hela perioden, och vi fick själva be om nya handdukar och toapapper. Papperskorgarna tömdes inte och blev överfulla. Utöver detta var det stopp i duschen, vilket gjorde att golvet fylldes med vatten varje gång vi duschade. Det var både ofräscht och obekvämt. Vid utcheckningen informerade vi personalen om problemen och blev ombedda att mejla. De svarade först att de skulle återkomma, men trots påminnelse har vi inte fått något svar. Det är mycket dålig kundservice och vi upplever att vi betalade för något vi aldrig fick.
