The guy at the desk was rude when we checked in the rooms were so dirty in one of our rooms the shower didn’t even have a shower head and didn’t even turn on and then the tv didn’t work the heater didn’t work 2nd room was dirty shower didn’t work tv turned on then turned right back off there were bugs and the heat wouldn’t turn on

A terrible non-understanding front desk staff would not help me, as my wallet was stolen during my trip. I had already paid for my room, however did not have a credit card for incidentals so they would not allow me to check-in and would not allow me to refund the room. Remember, you always have a choice in the hotel you chose to stay with. These people will not accommodate you one square, spare inch, and I humbly ask you to consider that before booking with folks already against you.

The toilet didn’t work properly. The top of the toilet was open so you had to mess with the parts in the tank to get it to flush. There was hair in the shower drain and on the bathroom floor. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the shower because the showr head looked like a pipe sticking out of the wall. The back of the door to the room was covered in graffiti. This was as basic as it gets. The only items provided in the room were a bar of soap and a few towels. The only positive thing I will say was the sheets were a decent quality. But there were only two small pillows on the bed.

Good quiet atmosphere, front desk and management are friendly and accommodating and housekeeping is EXCELLENT 👌 room and linens were super clean ...... You 100% won't find a better motel in DFW for this price !
